Our gelatos contain no alcohol, pork-based gelatin, and any other non-halal food ingredients.
On average, our pint flavors conain about half the calories of comparable, normal valories ice cream brands.
We do lots of trial to ensure that we can place the sugars and fats at their lowest levels without impactiong the taste or consistency. We also take no actions like pumping excessive air to add volume or using artificial flavourings as they can ruin the texture and we want our customers to enjoy all of the gelatos’s dense richness and creaminess.

We strongy recommend that anyone with diabetes and/ or any other related condition which affects their bodies’ ability to consume food consult with a medical professional first before making any decision regarding gelato consumption.
Shipping
We send our gelato to Java, Bali, & several areas in Sumatra through our delivery partners such as Paxel or Fresh Factory. The deliveries depend on the customer’s location, but normally it will take no more than 1-2 days at most.
We ensure that our gelato is always sent with a sufficient amount of ice gel or dry ice and placed inside a temperature-resistant packaging to keep the gelato safe until it reaches our customer. In the case of unexpected issues that caused the product to melt, we will send a replacement product for free.
Delivery costs will vary based on where you want the gelato to be delivered to. Let us know the address and we will inform you the delivery cost soon.
As of now we can unfortunately on deliver throughout Jabodetabek, but we are also exploring ideas to ship nationwide.
